Utilized it for a friends basement after they moved in and needed something to deal with the humidity. It’s set to 50 and it took it a few days to get down to that level and emptied quite a bit of water. Hose attachment is quick and easy and makes it a hands off experience. Just remember to periodically rinse out the tank with a bit of soap, even if you use the hose as condensation does occur from time to time. Low maintenance is a huge plus.
