We had an extra wet summer and it really kept up with no problem! Shuts itself off when the water tank fills up so it doesn't burn up. Very easy to pop tank in and out, controls easy to understand also. Wheels make moving it around a breeze. Would definitely recommend! It was damaged when it arrived, i just called best buy and they immediately sent replacement and printable shipping label for easy return of damaged unit. Smooth process.

The other reviews said it is "quiet" but I'm not experiencing that. It isn't horrible, but I hear it throughout the house. Also, it pumps out quite a bit of heat as it's operating, which in Florida isn't the greatest.
