Great dehumidifier

We will in a condo and our bedrooms are on the ground floor and we have a lot of moisture. For the first time since we moved in almost 5 years ago the moisture level is low! There is no more musty smells.

Dehumidifies great, but would not drain via a hose

You can attach a hose to this so that you can have it empty to a sink, drain, etc. Otherwise you're constantly emptying the bucket. I bought this, hooked up a hose as instructed by the manual, and noticed that there was a leak someone on/near the plastic elbow that you connect the hose to. This meant that the unit drained into the bucket, not the hose. That's fine if you don't mind emptying the bucket regularly, but makes this useless if you want it to drain continuously. I contacted Best Buy, and they sent me a shipping label to return it, and shipped out a replacement, so the customer service was great. Got the new one, set it up, attached the hose. It worked great for about a week and then that one ALSO started leaking. I returned that one too and am giving up on this model.

Its lasted me for a few years now and still working great. Not much else to say besides I really love having this. Would buy again
