There was lots of water and after sucking a lot of it up with a vacuum, I bought this to get the remaining water that was soaked in. It worked really well! I was emptying it twice a day and a week letter, everything was bone dry! Highly recommend!

My old unit of 15 years died and it had a bigger collection tank - newer models don't seem to be offered with large tanks anymore so this is the best solution in this price range.......

Awesome dehumidifier

I’ve been emptying this thing at least 3 times a day and i notice a huge difference in air quality in my house. If you’re looking for fast humidity relief this is the way to go. It does give off a fair amount of heat however, so buyers beware.

It really did the trick. The only lesson learned was to not let it run more than a few hours per day. It will shoot your electric bill sky high.

I only wish my floor drain was closer to where I have put the dehumidifier so I could use the hose instead of the bucket. It has gotten rid of the musty smell in my basement it’s just fantastic.
