Quiet operation. The unit lets you know when the container is full with a sign that says, empty. You can set the humidity level for the collection of water or moisture in the room.

This thing is amazing! We used to have condensation issues in our basement when we ran the dryer and AC at the same time. This has totally eliminated that issue and is super easy to use.

This unit works really well at dehumidifying the air. my only complaint with the unit is that doesn't have an auto on off feature so even when it has reached the dehumidifying percent it still keeps on running.

Our home has single pane windows and builds heavy moisture during the wet season. This unit prevents this from happening. Works very well, we have to empty the tank at least once a day, sometimes twice.

Works great. Wish the tank was a little bigger, but easy to empty and works efficiently and fast.

This is a good dehumidifier. A little noisey on the High Fan Setting. Does not automatically turn off when removing the bucket to empty. Has been running almost non-stop for a month, still no clean filter light.

Easy move around. It is in wheels and somewhat light weight not too noisy. All white so matches any decor. Auto shut off if pan gets too full. No issues at all.

I purchased this dehumidifier online with the store pick up option. Once I got it home, I plugged it in and started using it. I was shocked when the receptacle was full and I needed to empty it. I found 2 spots of black mold in the reception tank! It means, it has been used, returned to the store and sold to me as a new unit. This was plain disgusting! Of course, I returned it. I was also disappointed with BB CS when I called and spoke to the agent who assured me that this dehumidifier will be picked up by UPS. I was waiting for the email confirmation, as she promised, but didn’t receive it. I had to drag this heavy dehumidifier into my car and return it to the store. I'll definitely reconsider whether to purchase from BB from now on, or not.

Still working today and really dehumidifies. Have concrete floors without a moistur barrier under the foundation- crappy house builder. These help during the rainybseason

It burned out too quickly. It worked for awhile pretty well.

Works great, I had a room with a little water damage and in less than two days it was dryer than it was before the leak. Would recommend to anyone that needs a good dehumidifier.

I put the unit in my unfinished basement. It seems to be working fine. I keep it set around 50% and it stays there. Very good construction. The only complaint is the power cord needs to be longer.

Purchased May 2022. Unit was fine for only 5 months, until the most recent "clean filter" light lit. Turned unit off, removed/washed/dried filter and reinstalled. Turned unit back on. Within an hour, unit shut off. Attempted many times with various humidity settings, as well as trying the non-stop setting, and each time the unit shut down within an hour. Also, comparing it to a separate free standing humidity gauge, it was no longer removing any moisture from the air. Attempts at contacting GE customer service were less than stellar....Once able to speak to a human, I was given three different options/ phone contacts for further service. One, was a fax line (certainly no human contact there). The other two numbers never produced a human to converse with either.

The collection box is a bit hard to get out of machine when it is full of water. Also tends to spill if not very careful during removing.

It does a Great Job! I’m so glad I paid the money and didn’t decide to buy a cheap non brand one.

It’s been little over 2 years since we bought it and had 24 months warranty. And it stopped working right out of warranty. I have it in my basement and the set value is 40 but it goes back 70 and remains at 70.

Our old dehumidifier died, after 17 years, so this was our replacement. We are happy with the price and it works very well in our basement. Also happy that is has the option to connect a drain hose.

This dehumidifier works great in my basement. Pulls the moisture right out of the room.
