Hose difficult to work

First unit received was damaged. It was very difficult to process it back through UPS. Received the second unit and water would not drain through the attached hose. Getting Geek Squad to fix it at home was a nightmare.

Returned due to mold inside unit when I unboxed it

Not happy about buying a moldy product that was supposed to be new! Geek squad made my return easy and I got a full refund. Check for mold when u unbox it!
