When I use it, I leave it running for about 18hrs. Pulls out all the moisture which controls mold/mildew in bottom floor apartment. Easy to use and pour out the collected water.

I only use it for about three months each summer. I plugged it in the other day and the fan runs for a few minutes and then it just stops working. The power light and the humidity setting numbers are still lit, but it just stops functioning.
