The only issue we've found is that the pump & hose for emptying the tank does not work. We have to manually empty the tank several times a day which is kind of a hassle. But it does the job and our basement is much more comfortable (and we don't have to worry about mold growing) now that it's less humid!

Only worked for about a month

It occasionally would make ticking noises, like when a car engine is cooling down. About a month in, I noticed carpet was wet around unit. Backside of unit was covered in ice. Filed claim with GE.
