    So far so good. It replaced an 8000BTU A/C and the difference is Big. The filter is easy to replace, and just has basic controls.

    Unsure where to mention the dent that may have been Fedex shipping. I would recommend to ship to store so they can check it instead of shipping to home. It is currently working but I am worried this may cause an issue later.
