I live about an hour away. I don't know why they packaged it like this with the plug not having enough room so it can be in good condition. I was excited to open it and here goes the bottom piece of the bottom prong of the plug. It came off like it was like a lego piece. I'll update this review tomorrow when I go back and exchange it. I was really looking forward to this, especially the money I spent on this. From now on, I'm going to check inside the box before I leave the premises so I won't have to waste my time going back and forth to the store.

It buikds up ice starts making large poping sounds. After afterwhich, it won't push out cold or cool air. I thought the one I bought 2xyears ago was just defective. It was replaced with another unit, and it did exactly the same thing, so I hadctoctake it back. Unfortunately, this brand in this size was all that was available leaving me to purchase yet another one. I hope this one is better.

The wifi application is garbage. Stops working all the time. Truly a terrible investment. Replaced on with a LG amd there is no comparison. PLEASE DO NOT BUY, trust me. I never write reviews, but we are out $1,000 because of these units poor quality. I have smart plugs with better wifi applications.
