Good qualities and keep cold the bed And the entire apartment

I'm so happy I came in to best buy ,and decided to get my window A.C unit here. My Samsung I bought 4 years ago finally gave out , and did so when it was the peak of summer. I was on a budget and home depot & Lowe's were just to expensive. The more BTU the more they cost. I got this one at Best buy at such a great price and with 12,000 BTU ( this a.c unit works amazing) my room gets so cold. This was the "Best Buy" so far

I've used it for one month now and its been outstanding, cools up my 400 sqf living room within 6-7 minutes, it has met my expectations so far.

This was a great buy. It keeps the entire house cool.

I am giving it 3 stars because it was a replacement for a defective older model that i got replaced. I purchased that model in 2023 and it failed in may 2025. I have a different brand(spare) that is quite old (at least 15years) and never had an issue. This unit does cool very well and is very user friendly. I'm not convinced of the longevity. If you are a total member i recommend, if not go another route. Chances are you may be replacing in a few years.

I have a home that was built in 1910 and it's poorly insulated, so it gets extremely hot in the summer, but this AC works wonders to keep the main floor cool. I love it!

Great ac! We had an older one and this one cooling a fairly large house and if we turned the older ac off, this one still kept the whole house quite cool.

Works good and I had same one but older unit and it was almost 8 years old but after hurricane ida the filter and cover was lost for while and the coil got dirty while waiting to find someone to remodel my garage apartment. The old unit still blew cold but froze a couple time cause not getting enough air flow but like said this one same model and been blowing cold and have remote but I use the app on my iPhone to control it. I definitely recommend and room is 20x24.

Cools super well and was mostly easy to install. Will need to drill pilot holes to fully install it. Haven't tried the smart features yet but I'm excited.

This was far more efficient than I expected. It kept the 2 main rooms of our house cooler and reduced the energy costs from the portable unit we had been using. Installation was incredibly quick and easy. The app was easy to setup and use with schedule settings set time and temp changes .

I brought in the size of the unit I was replacing, I asked the young man working in that department and he told me that was the closes that I was going to get compared to the one I was replacing. He said I would be off by half inch yo an inch. Guess what.. it was off by a foot, so I think you have to train your personnel better, just a suggestion.

So far so good. Better to Han the last one I had that gave me trouble within a month after ownership. This GE AC is performing well and keeping my whole one level house cool.

Good air conditioner I bought it 1 month ago and is still pumping out nice cold air. I wanted to get another unit for a different room in my apartment

Puts out wonderfully and works very well with the app but not required. Covers my living room, kitchen and dining room easily. They arent small so thats cool

Good Ac but the eco mode is horrible with its BIG temperature swings.. set on 76 and indoor thermometer says it’s down to 71 and when it goes off it takes until 81 or 82 to cut back on so I just leave it on cool now.. cools my 550’ room easily! Love the WiFi.. can cool the house b4 I get home when I have it off during the day.. I set the central unit to 80 and this unit keeps it cool enough to never turn on.. saves $

Great AC unit. Gets cold immediately, covers a large area, and is fairly quiet.

This AC exceeded my expectations. Cools two adjoining rooms. Runs quiet.
