Easy to install works great price is great. I definitely recommend.

I got this to replace it's predecessor. It's running well and cools about 600 sqft of my apartment (another ac cools the other 400 and that one is good too). I hope this one lasts longer then the other did though. I had to get this one because it was on an unbelievable sale.

One of the best window air conditioner I have ever owned in my life.

Good power, good cooling for a good size room. My wife was looking at a 10K for a kitchen/dining/living room. I told her the 12K would work better for cooling a room this size. We picked up this one, very good cooling in a good size room. Suggested over smaller ones.

Upon opening the box that there was no visible damage to the air conditioner was completely busted prior to buying it was not handled with care and appears to have dropped or over seated the stack limit, crushing the entire front, I do not know if it works. It looks dangerous to continue to set it up in the window and power it on. It appears very hazardous and would be stupid to install, and I cannot return it due to a 15 day policy in which it is only been. A week over the 15 days which I bought the air conditioner online and picked it up from curbside they brought it out to my truck this air conditioner was for the master bedroom in which was on the third floor of my home in which I live with my three young children and could not get the air conditioner from my truck myself it weighed a couple hundred pounds I nearly threw my back out, not realizing how heavy it was being as though the store put it in my truck for me by the time I had help, it was too late and being as though it was week of Fourth of July that the air conditioner was in my possession my children and I had plans. We look forward to for months to see family in the Poconos for the week and we didn’t return until the day before it was not returnable, and I didn’t get someone to help me carry it in until the next morning as soon as it was unboxed, I went back online to the app and looked up my receipt to see what the policy said it said right on the app not returnable and now I am $500 out an air conditioner and it was during a heat wave which we are still in and I cannot afford a new one and now I have a broken one and me and my children are so disappointed and I will not be shopping at Best Buy anymore since when with a receipt with clear good intentions, just trying to cool my home down for my children and I I went with a good American brand and spent the extra few hundred whopping $500 in which we really don’t have to spend and it never even turned on still has the plastic on it and cord wrapped up with zip ties. Everything is 100% untouched besides the prior damage it came to me with! 30 days should be the minimum and this should be an exception it is not 20 bucks. It’s $500 and with an inspection by an employee of the store, they can clearly see it was never turned on and should be replaced!

The hot season was short-lived, with the new AC cools the kitchen with no problem.

One of the best AC's I've owned and the ability to be away from home and set the temp is amazing! It's a bit noisy when it's cooling but that's to be expected.

This ac brings max freezer to my livroom. Previous ac went out do i shopped around for the best price and size found it here. Most times ita get so cold in the living room we have to turn it off. Does not freeze on you. Easy install and wifi accessible.

I bought this air conditioner in July when my central unit went out. It was exactly what we needed to cool my great room, kitchen and living room. It is quiet and the WiFi is easy to use. I’ve since had my central unit repaired but will keep this unit as a wonderful backup.
