    Had a small physical space and dryer fit. Not as many settings as other dryers but does a great job. Buzzer is annoying but gets me up to fold

    The dryer works fine but the installer was terrible. We have a tight space so the vent connection need to be short for the dryer to fit into that space. I asked the installer to do that. He did not even try, just cut a long vent connector so that he can hook up the dryer then left the dryer outside of its designated space. When I said that is not acceptable and asked for a phone number to talk about what should be done, he lied and said someone would call me "five minutes" after he left. Of course, nobody did. I ended up going to Home Depot to get a new connector and redid everything myself. So the money paid to BestBuy for the service was just wasted. I would not recommend buying installation service from BestBuy.

    Works great. Is very quiet. I like that the size was small enough to fit through my basement door and yet it is large enough to handle large loads. Just recently bought it - only used it a few times so far.

    This was the only dryer that fit in the space. Very basic but tenants seem to be happy with it. Did not use it personally.
