I spoke with an agent yesterday and still await a call to schedule a diagnosis and repair. The unit is a shell, with no interior light. The 'time' button is hard to turn. The heat is not hot, although set on the highest setting.

We waited 30 days to receive the new dryer. Finally installation day! As soon as the installers left, the settings dial broke. So we had the dryer for 30 minutes and then I had to call Best Buy to have it replaced. Another 30 days before that can be done. I would not recommend this dryer at this time ☹️

Spoke with your representative who assured us it is no problem to install because dryer can be vented up, down, etc. came back 2 weeks later and said could not install…really urning dryer for credit, will purchase it at a reliable merchant.
