The company that came to install the dryer charged me an additional 240 on top iof the $200 to get it installed. If i knew it was going to be this much issues to plug a gas line into the dryer i would of just drove a few hours to my rental to do the install myself.

The end of cycle is extremely long and loud, and it goes off 3 times with the last minute of drying. It annoys my family in all areas of house and can even be heard outside of my house!

I wasn't planning on buying a dryer at the time but my old 30 something year old dryer died and I was desperate at the time to buy something. The sales associate at Best Buy was very helpful and completing my purchase and I am very pleased with it

This GE dryer replaced a 20 year old GE dryer that came with my condo. Luckily, my new dryer works perfectly! The loud buzzer that alerts you when the clothes are dry doesn’t bother me, mainly because I was warned about it on this site. For me it was about the size of the dryer and it does dry my clothes quickly and perfectly.

You would never be able to put in a load and let it finish while you (or a napping child) were sleeping, which is an absolutely deal-breaker for me as a parent of small children. Evidently you need an upgraded model in order to be able to turn off the signal. I'll figure out a way to do it with the wiring because I can't live like this!
