    Purchased for my daughter. She loves it. Has several features that she uses quite regularly. Everything works well dispite the fact that the store couldn't supply a new in box unit as ordered. Was charged full price even though "floor models" cost significantly less.

    Lower oven is very hard to put items in or take out.Upper oven doesn't have convection...really wished ot did.The stove top is very difficult to keep clean and has a ridge around it thet catches debris. We have to vacuum the stovetop. The keyboard is difficult to read not setup very well.All in all pretty disappointed with this oven.Was hoping for better quality product.
