Dual oven

The cord/plug was not delivered, the stove was not placed in allotted spot due to individual saying it did not fit, I had a plumber doing work with our dishwasher and he volunteered to push the stove into place. I had to drive to the nearest Best Buy to pick up the cord. What an inconvenience for me.

The big burner stopped working less than a year of buying it!! Called Best Buy was transferred to GE!! They did come and fix it!! 10 months later same problem happened; called Best Buy and again was transferred to GE!! Was informed that part is covered for 5 years! But I do have to come up with $115 service charge and $$$$$ for Labor! They don’t know how much Labor cost is! Do yourself a favor and look for a different brand; I been buying GE appliances for over 25 years and now I can say that they don’t have the quality you pay for! Very bad quality for a very high price!!

Got my new stove in two days. The front two burners offer two pot sizes which I like. The ovens preheat fairly quickly too. I haven't cooked on it too much but I love it so far.

This oven cooks better and looks great. Considered the profile version but not sure it’s worth paying extra. So far, a great purchase

I just don't understand why the glass cooktop is not smooth. It's a strange design choice to have a wipe-clean cooktop that has texture to it (little dots)

Also when time expires the oven turns off The low on the burners runs too hot.
