GREAT HAVING 2 DIFFERENT OVENS FOR COOKING AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES. HAVEN'T MASTERED THE CONVECTION FEATURE YET, BUT I'LL KEEP TRYING. LOOKS GREAT IN THE KITCHEN.

Posted .We'd like to share some information about the heat around the cooktop area. When using the cooktop or cooking in the oven, it can be normal to notice this area heat up. This is due to the vent being located under the control panel on the backsplash. We recommend making sure no pots, tea kettles, or other items are blocking the vent. If you still need assistance or if the cooktop area is still extremely warm, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team by calling 1-833-426-3393.

Even if u buy the geek squad protection (we did) they tell you call the manufacturer and then yoi wait for service...so not too high on the product ot best buy at this point.

Posted .We are happy to help you with your oven light on your new range. If you haven't already, please try resetting the electronics by flipping the breaker off for a couple of minutes. Then restore power and try pressing your oven light pad to see if that helps.
