The first stove had a broken light in the top oven. Best buy replaced it but my biggest issue is that just by cooking the top surface scratches very easily. It leaves marks on the surface that cannot be removed. Not good quality!

Top burners heat fast and cook evenly.Do wish it had a built-in temperature probe.Baked cookies...turned out very nice. Glass top is a bit hard to clean and it has a ridge around the cooktop that collects debrie.Have to vacuum top edge of stove!LOL.Overall a very nice oven at a reasonable price.

Loving this range after a week of use. The rapid boil feature is blazing fast! This is my second double oven setup and will never use anything else. With only two of us, the smaller oven works for more than 50% of my cooking. Clean up so much easier than my previous gas range.

My first GE double oven glass top range we had for about 12 years with no issues, it was great. When we moved to a new home and bought brand appliances, GE was what we went with. Let me say this new oven (same model) has a defect GE will not correct. We have had the new unit for 3 years and the glass top has cracked and became unusable twice. Fortunately the first time it was under warranty, but the second time not so likely and GE said sorry not sorry about it. The replacement glass top is almost $1000 dollars. Both times the top cracked in the exact same place and both times we were heating only a pot of water for spaghetti. Nothing was dropped on the top and the glass was clean before using. The first time we had it replaced the service tech made it very clear that the quality of the product had degraded noticeably over the past few years and the glass tops were made thinner than the older models. Buyer beware.

Great purchase! I've been hoping for a double oven and when my single oven broke down I looked at this one first. It's made in the USA so that was a major selling point for me! The perk is I also have a build in air fryer option on the bottom oven.... Win Win for us!

All I can say is I love my stove I cooked my thanksgiving dinner on it and the ovens are amazing

We bought this stove/oven less than a year ago. Since we've gotten it, the front left burner didn't work 1/2 the time unless you kept turning it off/on. Now it doesn't work at all. Went to Best Buy and they refused to help us while there. Told us we had to contact the Geek Squad (aren't they there, too???). However, it's less than a year old, so doesn't it fall under GE warranty? Geek Squad phone number won't even let you through if you don't have serial number, which when I'm at work, I don't have. So, now we keep postponing this due to needing to go home and find that information in order to get through on the phone. This is so frustrating.

I love my new double oven. However I’m very skeptical of the Steam Clean feature as my previous oven had this and was totally unacceptable. I pray this will work better.

Performs well so far. With burners laying on bottom it’s hard to clean

It looks nice but I would love to read the user manual. How can I get one since the installers did not leave one? They said there was not one in the box. I’ll rate higher once I get one.

Oven arrived a couple of weeks ago. The cook to is already strained, and we are using the recommended cleaning solutions and methods. The space between glasses of the oven doors is open and water and food can easily fall in. Instructions to Clean that area is not provided in their manual as if their designers were clueless about keeping an oven clean. This was a replacement for a sears elite with a similar cook top and that one lasted 25 years and the top remained decent until the end. I don't understand how consumer reports and other people rated this unit so highly. Competitive options must be really horrible.

I can't say much about this product at this point since it just arrived, but the customer service aspect of getting this product in my home has not been great. This oven was supposed to come with two racks for the bottom and one for the top, but we only received one. We paid for the delivery and installation of our product as for the pick-up/disposal of our current oven. Our replaced oven was left in our backyard. I tried calling the help line to request our two racks that weren't sent with the product, and waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. I don't think I will be ordering large appliances from Best Buy again. Since I can't talk to anybody about this, I hope this review gets someone's attention.

It was delivered today and service is coming next week. The first thing I did run both ovens for 30 minutes at 450 to burn off surfaces as suggested. After I hit cancel on the lower oven to turn it off, the oven continues to beep and no nothing at all works. I am so upset that I will be unable to cook anything for a week.

A year in only two burners work, and now 2 and a half years later the one big burner that works, the entire glass has shattered. No hit made to it, not thud, nothing thrown, it is cracked, and if you try using it, it cracks even more. Terrible, and lets not even speak about the ovens, dreadful.

Best Buy charged me for an out of stock oven then proceeded to repeatedly delay delivery while holding onto my money. When I went to cancel the order, it was telling me a refund of about $100 less than I paid. First and last time I order an appliance from Best Buy.

The Glass cooker top cracked on the unit we are using. Turns out that replacement top costs only slightly cheaper than a brand new oven.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Had it for 3 years and as I was cooking the GLASS EXPLODED!!!!!! Stay away!!!! And it doesn’t even let me upload a picture !!!!
