Love my stove and oven, I am happy with my new purchase

VERY DISSAPOINTED! MAJOR FLAW in function. This beautiful range was delivered yesterday. I like the look, features & design. I have not even used the burners to cook anything yet. I did bake a pizza & placed the smooth pan on the cook top. Later I went to clean off the cook top & there are now permanent scratches all over. This is a deal breaker bc this thing is going to look like garbage in to time with even the gentlest of use. For this kind of money spent, I expect much better quality...function with form. I plan to exchange it for a different brand.

Top is easily scratched. But love everything else.

Love, Love, Love this oven! Beautiful and works simply but does SO much. Love the 2 burners that actually accommodate 2 sizes each plus the other burners and warming spot. The dual ovens make it easy to cook at 2 different temperatures or to cook large meals. I am still adjusting to new cook times because everything cooks faster in the oven and on the stove top so meals are done more quickly. Highly recommend this oven.

Purchased for kitchen remodel. Works as intended. Love the flexibility of double oven.

So far so good. This is a gamechanger for our small bakery business! Glad we used Best Buy. Saw that the main issues from online reviews was the stovetop being too fragile and cracking. We luckily don't need this for the stovetop and won't be using it other than for the oven/convection ability. Great customer service!

I love this range. I am a professional chef and I bought this open box so got a great price. I cannot see ever buying a range at the retail tag price well because it makes no sense to me. This oven is great especially for the price I paid. The convection is great! I especially love the double oven which makes my life so much easier! It’s an easy cleaner. It does not have steam cook but fret not you can always just steam cook the old way which is what I do. This range doesn’t have everything I would want in a range so it won’t get 5 stars but it’s a great appliance and works well. Cooks evenly and performs as expected. Do yourself a favor but an open box or a great sale price and make sure you get a protection plan well unless you like replacing an item every couple of years or spending money on repairs and then that’s good too I guess. They just don’t make them like they used to.

This oven has a smell block while cooking doesn't stink up the kitchen , the air fryer is awesome, even cooking browning, works better than out counter air fryer. The top oven perfect pizzas, pies, cookies, it's half size of the oven can fit 4 -9' 13 pans in at ounce plus extra 3 liter casserole. The whole top burners have every pan size plus rabid boil. Works excellent. Love the food warmer settings the top of stove sets as a food warmer and sets up 5-9'23 across the top. Hooks up to the web for perfect dishes program in stove for automatic cooking thru the codes can cook from you phone . Least know what's going on if on the go . Tons of menu options for persice cooking. We love it and our turkeys never been better during the holidays. The air fryer is incredibly helpful. And besides that you have conventional roast, bake, air fry, broil, Wich has high or low and works fonanual best wings yet. Truly a value for the price. We love ours

This double oven is the best! I love using the top oven for small amounts. I have options now! It heats up fast and everything is cooked evenly. I also love the different size eye options on the stovetop. This is a great product!

Oven is much better than expected. Burners do run a bit hotter than the previous so that has been a learning curve. Both ovens heat up quickly and cook thoroughly.

Love this stove. I've had one before and thats why I purchase a new one for my new home. The small oven keeps me from having to heat up the big one just to do some simple cooking. Come the Holidays though, being able to cooks two different things at the same time is great as well.

Replaced a Samsung that was not too old but did not work as it should. So far we really like this.

Overall my wife likes this oven. Here are issues/dislikes. - The hot surface light stays on (sometimes for days) (this is a common issue apparently). - The air fryer also takes longer to cook than our smaller one (makes sense given the volume difference). - Also had to spend $40+ on surface cleaners to protect the surface from build up/scratches. not sure if this is typical for the glass surface ovens, but I wasn't too happy about an additional expense I wasn't expecting. Those are the issues concerns we have, I still gave it 4 stars. Wife is still happy with it overall. Used the dual oven feature on the 3rd day and was so happy about it. If you want this type of oven, these were the only concerns we've had, and are still happy with it.
