I am truly enjoying the capabilities of two ovens, love the way the smaller heats so quickly, and enjoying convection baking. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would because the cooktop is a bit more high maintenance than I like. I haven't had this long, so will update after 6 months has gone by

You sent the delivery people for a service call and they said they do not do repairs. Now I am waiting 2 + weeks with no oven waiting for a repair person

On the website, it states both the top oven and the lower over are convention. Wrong. Only the bottom oven is & less than 30 days of delivery, the convention fan stopped working.

If you're experiencing issues with your convection fan, you can attempt to reset the internal electronics of the unit by disconnecting power for a few minutes and then restoring power.
