When we attempted to remedy this problem with Best Buy, we spent approx. 5 hours on the phone/on a live chat in which we were passed from agent to agent with no acceptable resolution. The replacement was not available, and we were told we would have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to receive said replacement. 3 weeks of having no way to cook food/prepare meals in our home. After spending another hour + in the store, talking to an actual manager we were offered a $250 credit. Our lives were in jeopardy, and we didn't even know it. Best Buy customer service is horrendous. We will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

I've been told I have to wait a week because the installer didn't have the gas conversion kit....I suppose I should eat out for a week???
