Had an issue with the first one delivered making a weird noise, light inside the dryer also went out. Called Best Buy and they sent a replacement ASAP. Customer service was great. Replacement dryer works perfectly. Quiet, large, dries quickly and thoroughly.

No issues and simple to use. It's not a loud dryer so that's a bonus. Definitely worth what we paid for it. Compares to what we had before this is lovely.

It's only been a month but it works great and dries everything fast. The drum is very large and handles large loads without a problem. I can really fit a lot in there.

We have had zero issues with this dryer. We do at least 1 load a day and it does it's job! I do a lot of delicate loads and nothing has come out shrunk or ruined so it's a big 5 stars from me!

It dries much faster than my old machine, holds a large load, and has plenty of settings. Plus it fit easily into the space I had AND through the fairly narrow doors of my old house. A great buy!
