I love the fact that it is bigger than my old dryer. The guys that delivered it made sure that it was working correctly before leaving. It was quick and easy.

Posted .We recommend making sure the installs have been done correctly, and you are using the proper venting. The venting material is important and making sure the vent ductwork is the proper length is very important to the operation of a Dryer. GE Appliances recommends the use of a solid metal vent pipe 4" in diameter for adequate operation. 4" diameter flexible metal venting may be used but will increase the drying time. Considering you are having this issue with the dryer door not closing properly, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393.

I bought this dryer and within 2 months it quit heating. I have been waiting for weeks for some, PART to arrive to some company that ive never heard of to replace this part. I have tried calling best buy every day for a week to possibility return this dryer for one that works, but the call center wont transfer me to the store. Every day im told that the store manager will call me back but ive heard nothing. Good luck buying an appliance from this crappy store.
