It was easy to install on my own and and worked great since I received it. I saw some people complain that it was loud and it seemed like a problem for some people. It might be slightly louder then other dryers I have had in the past but nothing that would really bother me, also it is in my basement so it really isn't a issue for me regardless.

The dryer is insanely loud. The front door is very hard to open and close. It takes one hand to hold the dryer and the other to open several loads need more time

Be sure to have your delivery team test the appliance before they leave your premises. Especially if you paid for installation. We ended up returning the dryer and spent a little more for a different brand. Best Buy’s return process was very easy.

I intentionally selected a washer/dryer combo that I could manually adjust in addition to auto sensing. What a disaster!! They are coming to "fix" the new dryer so that means it will be over a week that it doesn't work.

I rated it 2 stars because it is a dryer that doesn’t dry. We need to run to cycles at 80 minutes to dry clothes. Today I just noticed the knob for the low, medium and high heat fully rotates so I now question what heat cycle I am running. Our previous dryer was a Whirlpool Duet that finally stopped working after 13 years. That dryer would dry jeans in 75 minutes.

It took me awhile to get someone to hook it up for me so I wasnt even able to return or exchange it. Good wasnt your money on this, it will cost you more on gas with the amount of times you have to put a single SMALL load to dry.

Broke after 2 Months

The technician said it must have been defective because the motor is bad. Bets Buy will not replace it. Clearly a lemon.

It is easy to operate with good load capacity .It runs quietly and has a loud and clear alarm when loads are complete. The side opening door with the lint trap inside is very convenient.
