Posted .We can understand how frustrating this would be and would like to help. Please check the temperature setting and make sure you have it set to High instead of on Low or No Heat. Selecting the extended tumble will also help. Timed Dry will give you the best results. Joyce@GEAppliances

It is easy to operate with good load capacity .It runs quietly and has a loud and clear alarm when loads are complete. The side opening door with the lint trap inside is very convenient.
