Wonderful dryer. Quiet. Easy controls. Front mounted lint unit. Delivery by Best Buy was terrific and on time; also did washer install. Dryer has very large drum and is so much superior to our old model made by Whirlpool. Interior light is cool also. Most importantly the dryer does excellent job in drying clothes and towels. Easy to use controls including timed settings. Five stars all the way. We love this one!

I do like this dryer. My clothes don't smell burnt. There are quite a few drying options. Almost too many. I like that the clothes don't come out wrinkled. One con would be how hard the door is to open. When I pull it open it pulls the dryer with it! And secondly there have been 2 times when I dried my towels and I set it for a long time and high heat, and it kept shutting off insisting the towels were dry!! They were very damp!! I started it in about 5 different settings. It would say 58 minutes or so and turn off after a few minutes saying they were dry. Only issue I've had. So far it is great.

Very happy with the color, size inside, how fast it dries and it even has a light inside when you open the door.

Normally buy or receive used appliances so we were excited to buy one brand new. This dryer arrived very beat up. Honestly looked worse than the one we were replacing which sucked since we did spend the extra money to buy it brand new. Was missing a screw from the door so it would hang a little when opened. Screws that should have been holding parts together were just sticking out. Denting on the side. I normally wouldn't mind a little cosmetic damage but I know for a fact those are usually discounted and I paid full price just for it to arrive like this. Very disappointed

Worked good for a bit. Unfortunately, there is a design flaw. The area around the lent catch is made out of plastic. The heat warps it and may cause it to crack. That's what happened to mine and now it makes high pitch sounds when running. I went to Best Buy today and saw each GE dryer had the same design flaw. When I check all of the other brands featured in the store including Best Buy's store brand, that area was made out of metal.

Love my new purchase. I got a great deal and to top it off it cleans my clothes really nicely. Very satisfied with my new GE product.

I bought this as an open box and the salesman was very helpful. He even helped me cram it into the back of my Equinox. It works great and dries faster than our old dryer. The color is great and has received many compliments. So far we love it. The door is a little tricky but I think it is because we are not used to it yet.

I love this washing machine. I've been using it for over a year now, and it's excellent. There's some settings on it that I wish were a little different, but not enough to lower it any less than five stars. Automatic laundry detergent dispenser. It really does save laundry detergent, it makes it way less messy because you just pour an entire bottle into it and you're done until it runs out. I absolutely love that feature.

Easy to use. No frills. Dries extremely well and is quiet. The capacity is amazing, it's much larger than I expected. I was able to fit several throw pillows inside for fluffing with zero issues. Clothes are completely dried after one of cycle. Definitely recommend this dryer.

Would have been dissuaded from Best Buy for life, had it not been for SEBASTIEN JOSEPH at Port Charlotte (FL) store. We recently ordered a GE Washer & Dryer from Best Buy Port Charlotte store, but were disheartened and petrified with the experience as they weren’t delivered on the said day and we were not even intimated about the unavailability of one of the two items earlier than the day of delivery. On calling and inquiring, Best Buy apologised for no intimation, compensated a little and confirmed a new date which was after two weeks. When the items FINALLY arrived after couple of weeks, things were still in total disarray; delivery man informed one item was unboxed as it was probably on display and that one of our electric sockets wasn’t working (it was fine earlier as machines were installed there previously too), when I asked him to check with a detector, he told me he had none. Isn’t it surprising to know the installation guy has no appropriate tools on him? Specially since we had inquired about it at the store regarding the right attachments (two or three pronged sockets, pipes, hose etc) which were ordered as well and we were additionally informed that incase something was missing or if it required an adjustment then the delivery truck is equipped with it. The delivery guy then rushed things up; installed a short drain hose which didn’t fit right so was unable to check if the machine worked, not to forget the socket he said wasn’t working too. Long story short, the machines were left as is. Totally frustrated with such an incompetent delivery after waiting for two weeks, I call up Best Buy but was kept me on a long hold. By this time, me being a layman was able to check that the socket was working fine so the machine turned on but due to the inadequate hose of-course I couldn’t run it. Though we had never met but still I emailed SEBASTIEN JOSEPH (Back Office Leader) whose name was printed on the visiting card handed to us by one of the Best Buy members with some info on the back of it when I had last visited the store. Not only he called me up within no time of receiving my email, he patiently heard the entire issue and resolved it. The very next day, he accompanied a Geek Squad rep. GRANT (hands on and well-informed) to fix the issue and supervise the matter within no time! Honestly, we were so done with the whole incident that had decided to bid farewell to Best Buy for good but only due to SEBASTIEN JOSEPH's prompt action, we changed our stance. We are very thankful to him and GRANT from the Geek Squad for handling the matter with true professionalism. Best Buy should be glad to have such competent members onboard. Yes, the machines work well, are good looking in Diamond Gray and petite with nice height. Am contented with the purchase and would highly recommend it to others too.

Absolutely love them the color is great and I didnt mind paying more for black I like the sleek look! They are super quiet so you can run them any time of night even if you have kids sleeping. The top of the dryer scratches fairly easily amd its not covered under warranty but not deep scratches you dont really nottice unless you see the light shine on them but make sure not to put any thing other then plastic ontop of it! I also loved how the light was at the front instead of the back!

The dryer is great and have wonderful features. However, it was disappointing to know that in order to use it as a WiFi dryer, there’s a separate piece that must be purchased. I like the quiet sensors and the various settings. I also love how it automatically adjust the timing based on how dry the clothes are.

Easy to use and has lots of features. Good size and works well

I really love this dryer. Setting are easy to understand and use. I love that it has a sensor to acknowledge when clothes are dry and it stops drying at that point. The overall size of dryer seems small from outward appearance but tub is very spacious. When put on proper setting clothes are dry 98% of the time after 1st cycle.

Glad I went with the diamond gray. Quiet and large capacity.

The door wouldn’t close the first day or two so we had to tape it shut but by the third day it began to stay closed on its own and we’ve had no issues since. Relatively quiet machine and does the job for us.

Beautiful black color. Good price when I found it. I bought a new one and the dryer does what it needs to do. I like the options and it is easy to use for my mom. The dryers have too many options so it can be confusing at times. This one had all I need. Simple and convenient.

Very nice dryer. Paired this with the matching washer. Great capacity in both and they are very quiet when running. The diamond gray color is a little more expensive than the basic white but that is what she wanted.

Great dryer! Does not make a whole ton of noise like others I’ve had in the past. Quiet and have noticed that there is not a huge change in the utility bills either which is great!
