So we did a research on website to buy new ones. Found a great deal price on Best Buy. Then we purchased the dryer along with a washer. We loved it!

It dries clothes quickly and I really like the light inside so that you can see all itmes at a glance and not leave socks or other small items inside.

This dryer works great and dries the clothes so quick, unlike the Maytag that smelled like it was going to catch the clothes on fire. So far we are happy with this dryer, my only complaint is that the lint trap seems a bit narrow and I can't clean the excess that falls below the trap.

Nice being able to set custom settings on each dryer mode. Only thing thats a negative is best buy has the height of the dryer incorrect but to be fair so does GE. It says 46" tall but it's actually 43.5" tall so now my GE washer and dryer don't match. Not the end of the world but kind of annoying.

Dries efficiently, good size and the LED light is a place. We are coming from whirlpool which lasted over 10 years so hoping this GE lines up with whirlpool and lasts for us

Does a decent job of drying clothes even though the automated cycles don't work very well time dryer is the only way to get it to dry completely. Hopefully the thermostat going out was just a glitch and not the actual quality in the future. Next time I will probably go with a different manufacturer

Posted .If you have not already done so, we recommend checking your vent hose on the back of your dryer and the vent cap on the outside of your home for any type of restriction or obstruction that would affect the drying performance. On sensor dry cycles, it is important that the dryer is level to ensure clothes are tumbling properly and making contact with the moisture sensors located in the lower, front of the dryer. You have to load evenly or it can go off ballance,mixed loads mostly.But it is easy to get the hang of it.It washes a king size heavy quilt on bulky with no problem! I love it so far.
