    Love that you can see into the dryer even when it's running. This dryer is fairly quiet and has many features to set to dry.

    Been a great dryer so far but the vent hose that came with it ripped right away during installation so i had to go purchase one that was more rigid.

    best buy promised the appliance working when they leave --they would not hook up the dryer vent -- i have been with best buy over 40 years --i know best buy will make it right with compensation

      We know any issue with the drying performance must be concerning, and we want to assist. You may want to check the ducting to ensure it’s not obstructed, and the fuses/circuit breakers. Some electric dryers use two fuses/breakers, so if only one is working correctly, drying may be affected. Troubleshooting tips start on page 12 of the manual; if you’d like to view that manual, you can do so on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. If you’re not able to resolve the concern with troubleshooting and think service may be needed, you can reach out to Bodewell (GE Appliances’ team of appliance care experts) at 833-426-3393.
