Only thing I would say it’s a little bit noisy and the dryer. The door is a little bit tough to open. Overall, it works great and the service was good.

Best Buy could not deliver a new one for 2 weeks. Unless you like to trouble shoot brand new items, I would advise against buying this machine.

Store customer service was amazing.Customer service over the phone needs to be retrained.I'm still waiting on a call back from a manager regarding some issues I'm considering of giving up my best.Buy credit card their customer service it's horrible.

Wet Laundry a certain with this Dryer

No way to turn off "sensor" outside of Timed dry setting. Sensor will continually turn try off thinking your laundry is dry, when still super damp. Timed dry setting still doesn't dry either. Dryer will run for the max 90 minute cycle and you'll still have to restart it multiple times.
