It has all the features that we were looking for and a few more that will be nice to have! I also liked knowing that Best Buy delivers, installs and can dispose of our old dryer so it was "one stop shopping."

It literally lasted me less than two weeks, and I am unable to return it to Best Buy.! Since i bought the product I noticed the clothes were not dry properly and today I observed the drum was not spinning how a dryer is supposed to.

Only thing I would say it’s a little bit noisy and the dryer. The door is a little bit tough to open. Overall, it works great and the service was good.

Best Buy could not deliver a new one for 2 weeks. Unless you like to trouble shoot brand new items, I would advise against buying this machine.
