The controls are easy to use. Even though it is stacked, there is no vibration. It iss very quiet. I am quite satisfied all overall even though it didn't handle my bathroom rugs very well. It took several attempts on the recommended setting for the rugs to dry.

Was very pleased from getting help with the young lady my sales lady and she was very helpful and patient answering my questions. From the delivery date and the delivery people were also very courteous and on time. I am very happy with my purchase. Gives me more spacious room with the stackable washer/dryer. I’m very pleased with my choice.

Love the capacity of this dryer. Can easily fit a King size comforter or even King size pillow top mattress pad. Haven't used the app yet but seems like a nice feature for things like bedding where you know you'll need a second cycle. Only gripe I have is the fact the washer and dryer's white (color) doesn't match. Both are a form of white just not the same white.

I love everything about this beautifully designed gas dryer… not only does it look great, work great but it’s easy to use.

Takes a pretty long time to dry considering the model is only about a year old. For instance if I put in about eight bath towels normal sized. It can take almost an hour and a half of drying time on the highest setting. Also the lint catch is not the best design. The lint doesn’t actually get into the filter it just sits on top of the filter. It’s a little inconvenient when you open the door to the dryer the lint is just sitting there so you have to physically scoop it out with your hand before taking out the clothes or else the clothes will get all the lint on it all over again. It’s a decent dryer. It does hold my king size comforter drying it without burning it. If I had the opportunity to return it and purchase some thing else I would do it. But it’s already in my basement and quite heavy so it’ll live out the rest of it days there. I work in the medical field so I do small loads quite often, it does the job. However if you’re a family that does more heavy duty bigger loads more than twice a week I would not recommend.

Much more efficient and larger capacity than my not so old previous dryer. Stacked the set, It’s like being at the laundromat. Reminder notifications on the phone are helpful.

We originally planned to purchase a similar Samsung dryer, but happily discovered this GE one with a bigger capacity. The panel actually looks similar to our existing Samsung washer. This GE dryer is much more efficient than our old one.

Large capacity. Easy to use. Haven’t used the smart feature. Everything I hoped for

I truly love my new washer dryer combo. It’s quiet and washes well. I still haven’t added WiFi, but will be doing that soon. I’m sure I’ll love it even more when I do.

This dryer is great! Large capacity, intuitive settings, easy to load/unload. Love the large lint basket, really helps eliminate cat hair in our clothes.

Lint trap maybe good at trapping lint but awkward to clean out lint. Wish end of cycle indicator could be programmed to be louder.
