The entire process of scheduling the installation was atrocious as we were canceled multiple times and no one seemed to know what was going on. If I could rate the BestBuy customer experience of the purchase process I would give 1 star. The GE Dryer itself, however, is awesome and worthy of the 5 stars I’ve given in. It’s far and beyond the best dryer I’ve ever used. I’m no longer shrinking and singing my clothes in janky dryers anymore. The stacking feature is also great and has freed up a lot of room. This dryer was ultimately worth the wait, but wow - I wish it could have not been 3 months!

However the wifi function is hard to setup and works well once you set it up. You can monitor from your phone when the dyer is done drying your clothes.
