I have not tried the steam function yet, but am looking forward to using it to get rid of wrinkles. It compliments the washer nicely. It took some time to ship due to availability, but it was worth the wait. You don’t need to purchase the power cord that Best Buy recommends, as it comes with one.

There is an earlier model that people I've know say they have had some issues with (not many, but some). So I would definitely recommend this model. Great dryer and I also own the washer version and its outstanding as well.

Delivery from Best Buy went well. I did notice that the buttons on the control panel are too forgiving and when you press, either nothing happens or it goes crazy. Also, the power and start/pause buttons have no feel when you press them, unlike the control panel. Then 10 days into ownership the thing won't stop beeping. Looks like the electronics for the control board are bad and it already needs to be replaced. No QA here and really poor design if you ask me. Now have to wait 7 weeks for a new dryer to be delivered. Stay away from this model
