    Purchased this dryer along with the matching washer to replace our old Samsung front loaders. The dryer works fine but we are having some issues with it sensing when clothes are dry. Many times the dryer shuts off indicating the clothes are dry when they are not. I’m assuming I just need to figure out the setting/load selection better, so user error ver the machine, but it could be a little more user-friendly with no so much of a learning curve.

    This is a great dryer. It has a lot of features. It dries very efficiently. If you download the app, you can even get notified when the dry cycle is complete. Very helpful! Hopefully, the quality sustains and it gives us service for many years to come.

    Door side can’t be switched easy, like it should. Once it was switched the outside front of the door fell off and won’t go back on. Drys pretty good though even without the outside door.

    What an upgrade! I had stainless steel samsung front loaders with all the bells and whistles but these are topnotch. The venting system ensures it will never develop that nasty front loader smell and I can even keep the door closed!
