Only downside is that when it is stacked on top of the washer (of that is how you wish to place it), the knobs/options are hard to reach if you are short

Love the cycle offerings, although I have had to use time dry a few times after items didn't dry completely. I might need to choose a different cycle in those cases. Still exploring options. Otherwise, I love it.

Love the options available and particularly love that the washer prevents mold growth with an automatic venting system, and love the ease at which the dryer filter can be cleaned.

I had to pull out the units, very heavy, and tighten the screws. The dryer so far had been great other than that and the different functions work really well.

Didn’t make sense to me, it was like buying a laptop without a charger. Had to go out and buy it, wasting my time. Anyways everything good besides that.

The overall settings allow me to make it what i want outside the suggested. I know it’s small but i love the fact that it reminds you every time you go to use it, you need to clean the lint trap

Get I can use an app on my phone and track the progress of my clothes. My 1 negative would be the lint basket for the dryer. It’s becoming a bit flimsy
