While the company may try to make energy efficient products they are failing the customer. I for one do not want to WAI wait 2 hours to dry my clothes. I would rather pay to go to the laundry mat where a dryer does what it is designed to do DRY.

Best Buy was unwilling to provide any reasonable replacement, for the floor model that we were encouraged to purchase. Zero customer service, will NOT be back.

Loads take 3-4 cycles to become somewhat dry and come out very wrinkled. Only have had for 1 week and doing laundry is miserable as a result of this. Will be contacting store for either service or a return as this unit is completely unacceptable in its current condition.

What you have described is not normal. Please double check your vent connection on your dryer to ensure it's not collapsed or kinked. Also, check your outside wall cap to make sure it's not blocked in some way. If this does not resolve your issues then we do recommend having GE Appliances service out to check the unit.
