Great dryer! Only had it a couple weeks but couldn’t be happier!

These are even prettier than what the pictures online display. Our units arrived fast and we so far have not had any issue with them! We’re finishing up a remodel on our laundry room and these completely sealed the look we wanted!

I had very high hopes for this dryer , but unfortunately in less than a year i started having problems with it , I’ve had to have it looked at already 3 times and I still don’t think it’s working properly like it was before, the sensor for damp clothes stop working like it was at first, now I have to do 2 cycles for my clothes to be fully dried. The option of towel drying also I have to do 2 cycles to dry compared to before that I has them dried in 1 , I have a bin to measure that I’m not over loading since the beginning , it around half the dryer or less , and now I’m being told that I have to do even less, , I’ve had to go back and use my old dryer that works a lot better than this , good thing I keep it just in case .

Would love to have this piece of equipment if it ever would get delivered. Ordered it and was NOT informed it was on back order. Was going to be a 2 week delay before delivery, then it got redacted to 3 weeks out, and the. Was redacted again to an additional 6 weeks out. Customer service was horrific and could not answer simple questions like how many u fulfilled orders were in front of me, I requested to talk to a manager to understand the situation better and the manager made the associate call me back and say they (the manager) would not be returning my call. I requested to talk to their manager and was told there was nothing further they could do and I would not be able to talk to that manager. I am not sure I will ever purchase anything from Best Buy ever again.

Haven't had it for too long but first impressions are great. Heard GE is really reliable and I love the color of this definitely worth spending that little bit extra.

Steam feature is worth any price. Can refresh clothing item that has been in your closet in minutes

Nice but defective. Bought new, had delivered. Upon delivery, had a dent in the side, and a heating fuse out. GE is fixing the problem, but for now I am without a dryer that was supposed to be brand new.

Order washer& dryer, I call,place order on phone I ask and said they will install, right? Yes, most definitely? Ok. Take off work, guy shows, one guy stays in truck (red flag) comes in goes upstairs says we cant install gas in NY. I said i DID Ask! He said you waNT machines or not? HE had no intentions of installing!!! Best Buy offered send to send out another team different week! . Ummm no I already took off work once. You then took 3 weeks to refund and kept my $100 gift card used from laptop and dishwasher! P.S. friend order camera for Christmas on 18 you cancelled on 22 no explaination just cancelled. See what happens doing business like this. You wont be around for long Best Buy!

Excellent dryer, I like the dry sense feature and the smart link. Saves you time and money.

Dryer failed after 1 year of ownership. Just out of warranty. Repairs cost as much as the dryer did. I purchased this as it was made from GE and GE has always made reliable, dependable products, but that’s not the case these days. Extremely disappointed and will not buy another GE product.

The final service call to bring and install the washer sucked I have never had a installer say he couldn't install it because the dryer had a gas line and he couldn't take it off because he wasn't licensed for gas lines so he took the washer back. Then I went through hell for the rest of the day trying to get some sort of resolution to the situation.

Very quiet and great quality. Strong doors and sturdy frame.
