Amazing product, since we have the washer that compliments/matches it, the dryer's sensor does an amazing job not having to dry longer than needed. Very energy efficient and would definitely recommend.

Excellent machine, dries quickly but steam is definitely lacking.

love it so much, its so beautiful! Unfortunately I had to return it because I did not consider how my home was designed, I assumed all dryers would work and everything was standard but unfortunately things wouldn't reach and it was incompatible with my home.

This unit is quiet, efficient, and visually very pleasant. The delivery staff were very efficient in their installation!

Product appears to function well. Have only begun using in the last 10 days. No complaints or issues thus far. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star rating is the contracted delivery service. ONLY one word comes to mind. HORRENDOUS Both delivery and installation process is the worst I have ever experienced. I have now changed my perspective and will only buy from appliance stores for any large appliance. I actually canceled my high end CAFE refrigerator purchase from Best Buy. Re-ordered it from a privately owned appliance store as they will handle delivery themselves.

I love that the washer will allow 50 ounces of laundry soap so you can basically turn it on and wash. It’s very quiet, The rubber that surrounds the washer can’t be pulled out and doesn’t collect hair and dirt like my old LG washing machine.

Very impressed with this product. Purchased on May. Works really great. Lint filters and dry the cloths very well. Overall it is a good choice for a family. Also washer sync technology is awesome so that I don’t want to choose the dry cycle every time.

This washer actually blew my mind. I never thought I would own a GE appliance but the reviews convinced me to give it a try. Not certain if I like the drying door vent or the app better. Typically we cannot hear the cycle complete but this app notifies you when it’s almost complete, complete and even sitting there for 30 minutes. The app also provides stats on frequency of use as well as status of detergent. The door vent keeps the seal dry so no more stinky, slimy door seal. My only complaint was the service used to deliver the appliance was a bit rough. That said Best Buy took care of the issues promptly and professionally. Too bad Geek Squad didn’t deliver the appliances.

Works well, a little loud but overall good. Washer of the same model didn't even last a year.

This machine is big! It can take a bigger load than what we had before. One thing that we like is that loads come out less strangled and easier to separate than our previous Kenmore machine. The flat blue finish looks nice and high quality.

LOVE! Although the first dryer came with a small dent, Best Buy replaced it in awesome fashion. So far it exceeds my expectations and is so much better than the Whirlpool Duet it teplaced! Highly recommend.

Replaced LG electric dryer. If you have propane, do not buy this dryer. There is a conversion kit that is needed and a service tech needs to install it, as the whole dryer needs to come apart. I wish Best Buy would have told us this or even offered to provide the kit. It took 4 weeks to get the dryer installed and working. The dryer is nice, but our 12 year old electric still works better. The knob on this dryer is flimsy. It takes multiple times to dry a single load. The steamer mode is 'meh' at best. The parts all seem cheap. Definitely not the GE of old. Not impressed.

Very nice with very large capacity. the "Smart" function may leave thick blankets wet. Easier to set timer.
