We had a LG washer and dryer. We were generally satisfied with them (both were purchased at Best Buy) but they needed to be replaced. Looked at LG but then saw the GE models. They looked great in the store so we purchased. The operation of both the washer and dryer far exceeds our expectations. The capacity is much larger. The washer has a “vent” cycle which drys out the inside of the machine. Hooray no more moldy smell or cleaning mold. The dryer has a “sense” component that during the cycle it actually senses how dry the load is and adjusts drying accordingly. We have had them a couple months and i am completely satisfied.

Dryer works like you'd expect. The large capacity doesnt really seam to hurt dry time. We have tried all the features with 0 issues. We have owned this for 2 years and still working just as good as it did.

Good so far. We’ve had this dryer for about 2 months. No issues, drys well and we would recommend this dryer. Really like all if the settings. East to use.

Pretty much the same as my review for the washer. Large capacity and replacing over 10 year old sets that were failing. Main festures I like are the steam dry for small and large loads which is nice for work clothes you want to freshen up in the morning. Also, really like the color over a white set.

We have had this dryer for a few months, so far we really like it. It dries quickly and efficiently and has a large lint trap which is great. No issues or complaints thus far.

Awesome dryer! Pretty silent. Remember to follow the instructions for additional space required at the back of the machine for the duct. Even though the machine was good in depth for our laundry room, we were barely able to install the duct.

Huge dryer. Love this has multiple different settings for all types of laundry and size loads. Very efficient and super quiet

We bought the matching washer and dryer 11 months ago. Gorgeous blue color. I love all the drying options it offers. Super large capacity for drying extra-large loads. I use the timed dry feature most of the time. Dries large comforters with no problem.

I've only had the dryer for a week so I can't speak to the reliability yet, otherwise would have given 5 stars. The first dryer that was delivered had a faulty door latch, but received a replacement dryer within two weeks. The dryer is large capacity, with lots of options, but very easy to use. So far it seems to be a good purchase.

Very large capacity with lots of functions. Very quiet. Love the light inside. Can't wait to use all it has to offer!

Love the color and am getting used to the different cycles---after my LG. It is quiet and the sensing does a great job of adjusting the timing. The lint trap is a big improvement over the LG and easy to clean out.

Large capacity, but it's still super quiet. I appreciate the soft design exterior, though it's definitely meant to take a beating.

The dryer matches the washer perfectly. The capacity is excellent. Does not come with a cord, so order one when you order the dryer. It is very quiet. I would buy again. Many drying options.

Love my new GE washer/dryer set with pedestals. Since purchase these machine have been utilized to the fullest. The washer capacity (5.2) with the smart detergent feature is awesome! Fill the washer powder dispenser up and wash multiple loads without having to refill is my favorite feature! The sleek look of these machines are stellar in cobalt blue. The ease of reach is almost perfect for my family with the pedestal support. Great selection of cycles to choose from, and clothes come out smelling great! The micro ban technology was definitely a key feature for me. No mildew smells for this family. To be extra preventative we also leave the door open on the washer after a wash.

This is an excellent product. Easy to use. Not much noise while running.

Beautiful looking dryer. Works really nicely and does a very good job drying clothes. I love the phone app feature which alerts me when the clothe drying is complete. The lint collector is really well built, it hardly lets out any lint out of the dryer's vent, this is especially helpful in situations where there's no venting to the outside of the building.

The store told me it was left handed. It was not so we had to take it apart to make left handed. It works great now.

I purchased this dryer and the matching washer. The dryer is very quiet. I really like the wifi option, while it's a totally unnecessary feature getting a push notification that my laundry is dry is awesome. It also nudges you 30 minutes after incase you forget. The dryer also "talks" to the washer and presets the dryer settings based on what you set the washer to. The matte blue finish is very nice. It looks great with the gray walls. If you're not picky about the color there is a white version which goes for a bit less depending on the sale. I haven't had this for very long yet but so far I would highly recommend this to anyone is the market for a new w/d set. I also purchased the matching pedestal. I highly recommend paying for delivery and installation if you get the pedestals. They were a HUGE pain to setup.
