Love the settings and dries my clothes really quick

It is a significant upgrade for us, dries very quick and runs quiet

On May 13 we purchased a washer and dryer. We were very impressed with the gentleman who helped us with our purchase. He answered our questions, was knowledgeable, patient and kind. At the time he was training another salesperson and was interrupted several times by another customer. Through it all he was professional and with a wonderful sense of humor.

Best big dryer. It's smart and communicates with its sister washing machine.

Love it so far! I noticed that lint collects easily below the lint basket that requires me to fish these bunnies out periodically. Wish the pedestals were a little more budget friendly but the machine works well.

good product, no issues thus far. easy to use, but does not fully dry after initial run, i generally have to add more drying time after the initial run.

Had to order a return and exchange. My dryer was faulty. Power panel didnt work couldn't start a cycle, Called bestbuy customer service told we need to bring it back to the store to return it, after we bought it back to the store they told us the store can’t take it even still within the returnable period we still need to bring it back home and wait for the “pickup” and the pickup cost 149.99 and we need to wait about 2 weeks. After the pickup we need to wait for another 14 business days to get the refund and then we can order another one ! We’ll be without a dryer for about 2-3 months !!!

I have not been able to use it, tbh it was my mistake, I didn’t know dryers come with no wires and between that and getting an electrician to do so, the dryer has been sitting in my hallway for almost 3 months already.

Great dryer so far. Haven’t used the WiFi settings but the space is huge and doesn’t take 3 cycles to dry a big comforter.

LG has been introducing more and more great products to make our lives easier, this dryer is my wife's new BFF with alerts in her phone when the clothes are ready.

I'm sure this review will be flagged due to not being the equipment fault. Best Buy not honoring a price match. the situation is that the price changed just a week after purchasing. I called 3 days after the window of price matching. I have purchased many large purchases from Best Buy. Best Buy will not honor the price match if you call late, even though the price was changed during your window of price match. I work in customer services and when a customer is looking for support. I mean resemble support. I try to help anyway I can. This will be my last big purchase from Best Buy

Only 2 settings really your clothing. The steam will literally drench your clothes in water and halfway dry it. Im not sure if my specific machine is the problem or they all just suck.

Has had to be reset several times. The light also sometimes flickers inside so something doesn’t seem right. Not sure if it’s because we bought it from the Outlet store.
