Dryer doesn’t heat to dry clothes.

This is a very nice dryer, however it does not heat up hot enough to dry clothes. I’ve had an installer disassemble and reassemble appliance. I have made sure not to overload dryer. You have to run though a timed drying cycle for almost 3 hours or a sanitize cycle for 3 hours in order for clothes to dry. At that point I think it’s just all the wind from spinning that dries the clothes.
