First was in-store pickup. Box was dented and so was the AC. Second was shipped home. Box looked much better, but still damaged inside. Not enough Styrofoam packing. Not well insulated in box. Returning again.

Sams is a better place to buy from they believe in customer service. We will be canceling our Best Buy card and will not purchase anything else from them.

He would figure the person bringing it to me would see a hole the size of my foot and the side of the box. Wasted the hours going to get it then had to return it because they had checked it up before inspected it.

Posted .We’d like to help you with your air conditioner. If your room air conditioner is not cooling properly, there are a few things you need to check to resolve this issue. When the air conditioner is first turned on, you need to allow time for the room to cool down. Also want to check that the filter is not dirty. It should be cleaned at least every 30 days. This and more troubleshooting can be found in your use and care guide (page 13) on the website. You can also refer to an article by searching on our website "Air Conditioner - Not Cooling Well / Running Constantly". If you find you are still having concerns after troubleshooting, then you will want to refer to the limited warranty information in your use and care guide (page 17) or call 1-833-426-3393

Best smart AC

From 10,000 to 14,000 BTU this GE AC is a game changer. The air fills my entire studio apartment even reaching the restroom when the door is open. With built in wifi adaption it is easy to synch to your wifi. Just need a 2.5gh signal. being allowed to turn on and off my ac before coming home allows the room to be cool before arriving home. Window instalation was a breeze as well.

House was steamy hot so I got one of these for an emergency. I have to tell you, this thing puts out some cold cold cold air! A lot of it. The living spaces in the house remain usable while my AC parts are slowly coming. Will go on the shelf in the garage when AC is fixed.... so glad this took the sting out of loosing AC for a protracted time. Oh, and by the way, it is so easy to mount in a window... no screws, no nothing -- if you want it there as a temporary install. Love it! It is also wifi enabled and has multiple power settings and a remote control What else could you ask for?
