Works great so far. Nice powerful AC and not such a big heavy unit. I would recommend. Doesn’t always kick back on when I have the temperature set. Not sure what I’m doing wrong there. But that is my only gripe.

This unit cools fast, maintains the set temperature accurately, and is energy-efficient. Smart controls make adjustments easy, and installation was quick and simple. Overall, it’s a reliable, powerful, and easy-to-use air conditioner.

Very happy with this purchase, though getting it was a ongoing situation. We had to reschedule many times do to many complications. Product was just as advertised.

This is very nice and puts out lots of cold air. It’s perfect for a huge open space. It keeps your area cool when the ac can’t keep up in the hot summer days.

The unit is good quality and is powerful enough to cool my 2 bedroom apartment by itself. I've used it for over a year now and have had no issues

It's been a month since I bought this window unit. Its still blowing strong cold air and every thing else is working properly. Also it was an easy install!

This ac keeps my 1000 sq foot home cool and it does it using 110v. Plug We just replaced or old one that lasted 8 summers. I would recommend anyone trying to cool a large space You get lots of bang for ya buck with remote and WiFi app capabilities

Keeps the whole first floor of my home cool. It works well. just not e that is very heavy and hard to move but that is no issue when it works so well.

Is good because it makes the space open for example in my case I have a big open space and it was cold especially on the heat wave that we had back in the summer of 2025.

Works really great went from a 10,000 BTU to a 14,000 BTU. Huge difference in the AC but I didn't notice a little increase in my electric bill. Which was expected but I do recommend it.

Easy to install very cold high power wind it does my back bedroom and a 30x30 kitchen even with oven and top burners on !

works great keep my shop workable on hot days. shop is 1100 sf no insulation, ac rated at 700 sf. If its under 90 it keeps it about 75 through hot part of day very impressed.

I am really loving my new air conditioners; I bought two of them. They are great at cooling down my apartment, and it is really nice being able to control them from my phone. It even will send you push notifications when your filters need to be changed if you allow it to. Also, the GE smart appliance app is easy to follow and set up to your Wi-Fi. Just know that when setting it up it tells you to press the Wi-Fi button, but you have to hold it, or visa versa. I cannot remember exactly which it says but I just remember I had to do the other press method. For mine at least.

Surprisingly quite to be 14,000 btu, works very well for large areas. Would recommend, has normal 3 prong wall hookup.

Nothing is perfect but this one is close. It is my second one and the first one works great! Can't wait for it to get here!

Cools my house well enough. I use fans to help spread the air but I have a pretty open floor plan. Central air died and this thing plus a little one in the bedroom has been keeping our house comfortable.

This AC is pretty strong and cools mist of ny entire downstairs area. It is also pretty quiet.

I needed an affordable unit to try to cool our main family room and other areas of the main floor. We haven't had extremely hot weather yet but this has done well so far. The room is comfortable and it has been only on the low fan setting. So far so good!!
