    I bought this GE 14,000 btu on may nd after a month wasn't working properly then best buy replaced it and now the same issue and on of that best buy will make me pay another insurance on the next A.C i already paid it twice its not my fault its the item we use it like it should be used...

    This literally saved us this year. It works perfectly, to the point that we bought 2. One for the living room and one for our bedroom. Would highly recommend. We have it running quite a bit and haven't noticed the electric bill increase by much.

    Had to buy this window unit due to our HVAC breaking down. Instead of spending several thousands to replace HVAC we will stick with this window unit for now! We have had two weeks and it has not disappointed yet. Has performed well so far in this Texas heat! Easy installation.

    Exactly like you want your AC, It's not too loud on low and eco settings, which are the ones we use most, the remote is convenient, and it is easy to clean the filter.

    Does it's job I'm using it to cool a room that was getting a cold as the other rooms in my house not it's is January in there now love and it doesn't run all the time either and that's a plus for me I would buy another one if I had to

    I bought this for my mother and helped set it up for her. It was Easy to install and works great in my mother’s place. It cools down the area pretty fast the Bluetooth works well and it covers a good area of her house.
