AC stopped working after 2 years

Whenever I plug it in it makes a beeping sound, and all the lights associated with the menu options flash. There’s also a blinking number 88 on the screen. I tried resetting it but it didnt work. There seems to be a lot of issues with this particular model as well. I’ve never had AC die on me this quickly. I feel this unit should be recalled.

The reason we went with this unit was because the WiFi worked really well on the one we bought earlier in the year for the bedroom. We liked the functionality of controlling it on the app.
