The Best Buy Geek Squad installers were careful and had the new Microwave installed and working in a couple of hours. They did a very good job. The new Microwave is working well and efficiently. We are very pleased.

Had an earlier GE Profile. It seemed better made - less plastic higher grade steel.

Awesome microwave. Lots of great features. Well built.

The first week we got this, the "stainless steel" handle began to peel off and cut me. That door was to be replaced however parts wouldn't fit correctly for the appliance repairman, so he had to come up with a new plan to fix it.. About a month later, it began sparking so was eventually replaced and now, a month later, the "new ' one is making loud noises and not warming food at all. Once, again we are at GE's mercy to fix this awful product. Communication with GE was almost impossible and had it not been for our repair company helping us, it would never be resolved.GE used to be a quality product but something is very different with them now.In Best Buy's defense they did not sell us this product.Save your money and buy any other product but GE "Cafe."
