First off it is very hard to put water in it. Second the pot is not easy to get off and put back in. I wish the clock display stayed on all the time. I wouldn't by another one of these. It does it's job. Plus the lid don't stay down like it shows in the picture!! :(

The only problem I find is that when you remove the carafe, the coffee drips on the metal plate and eventually will rust it out. That’s what happened to my last coffeemaker. I have to wipe the plate off after each refill.

It pours without spilling. The only thing that I would change is making a little larger of an area to pour the water into the reserve.
