Good and attractive coffee maker

Mine is colored stainless steel and goes well with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen. It is well made. The spill sadness syndrome is greatly controlled in this mode. The plate does not get unwarranted drip-ons when you remove the carafe. The design is such that when you pour water into the reservoir using the carafe, the spill is greatly controlled as well. This is a problem that has plagued many of my coffee makers. The plastic filter is colored gold. It somehow makes it look more classy. More importantly, the filter is tapered and not simply round bottomed. It helps in the cleaning, and more importantly, helps to concentrate the flavor, specially if you are making just 2-4 cups of coffee. The overall design is simple but sleek. It does what it is supposed to do. I would gladly recommend this to everyone.
