I am so glad we purchased our GE Classic Drip Coffee Maker. It has a self filter , it can brew up to twelve cups and has easy settings including being able to brew BOLD which is a Good Thing for coffee lovers that enjoy their coffee strong. I have always been pleased with GE appliances and this one is no exception!!

First thing I appreciated about the Classic Drip 12-cup Coffee Maker by GE is its looks. It is very clean and modern looking and fits right in alongside my newer kitchen appliances. The carafe in particular has caught my eye. Not only does it look nice, but it feels well built. Assembly was quick and easy and after a quick rinse of all the parts, it’s time to brew some coffee! Operation of the device is pretty much the same most of us are used to with drip brew machines. It comes with a nice, reusable coffee filter. I think this is pretty common place now, but remember when we all used disposable filters? Jeesh, what a waste. That being said, the filter does seem well built. The coffee seems to come out a bit hotter than my last maker, a change I greatly appreciate. It will keep your coffee warm for 2 hours after it has been brewed. Solid basic control options too. There is a bold setting and an easy to use timer function. Nothing quite like waking up to smell of fresh brewed coffee wafting thru the air! All in all I like this device. It’s a nice upgrade all around from my low end box store standard cheap machine. The carafe in particular is a highlight for me. Solid, attractive and pours very well. I like the bold setting as an option and the entire thing is very easy to clean. An attractive, easy to use and easy to clean coffee maker, what’s not to like? I would definitely recommend this item to a friend.

The GE Cofee Maker works perfectly but a little loud in the brewing time. we have got used to it. The clock does not display unless you have it on automatic brew. We have got used to that as well. Good value for the price.

It’s beautiful and looks great, matches my other LG appliances which is what I was looking for. I gave it a 4/5 because the water container does not remove - it is difficult to add in the water sometimes with the top lid in the way.

Decent value. You can probably get a better price elsewhere, but still it is a decent value. Our coffee actually tasted better with this unit than the cheap $20 coffee maker we had previously. So we give it 4 stars.

This was a gift for my husband. I had ordered him a different coffee maker from another website, and I had to return it because of the chemical smell. This was BPA free and has a lot of material that wouldn't leach the chemical smell or taste into the coffee.

For the price, its a good coffee maker. my only complaint is the space to pour water into the well is too small and kinda tough to navigate. Otherwise, not bad.

This machine drips every time i poure into my cup, would not recommend

I love the look and the fact that it has a permanent filter but there's not enough space to pour the water into the actual machine. Other than that, it's perfect.
