    The Cync smart plug was easy to install and set up the desired routine. I have other Cync products, so I was familiar with the app and the interface. Purchased two and used one for a fan and one for plant lights that turns on and off at sunrise and sunset. Alexa recognized the new plugs as soon as they were installed.

    Works on schedule with Cync App. Need an Apple HomePod to be able to control with Apple Home.

    We have apple's HomeKit and added these as matter switches. Everything worked perfectly - for a few hours. Then all 4 GE Cync smart plugs became unresponsive. Tried resetting to factory defaults and reading to HomeKit but all attempts failed.
